For some students learning a trade they complain when asked to repeat the process. I have even been asked why am I punishing the student in asking them to repeat the process. I have used all types of examples like, sport, gaming, hobbies, in that the person engaged in one of these, works hard to improve their skills by repetition to achieve their goals. For me, it is the same when learning a trade, you must work hard through repetitive practice to master your chosen trades underpinning knowledge and skill.
Where am I going wrong? In my endeavors to have all my students embrace repetitive practice.
