It is a challenging time for many with losing their job/business or having reduced hours at work. This takes a significant toll on mental health and is an emotionally distressing time. It’s really important to recognise these financial impacts due to Covid-19.

Some tips for your mental health if you have lost work due to Covid-19:

  • Know that you are not alone

  • Draw on your strengths
  • Stay healthy
  • Avoid alcohol and other drugs
