Position Description of Vacancy:
- Work with customers to plan and budget their holiday, making recommendations.
- Give or send all customers agency Booking Conditions and ensure they understand Booking Fee/Service Fees.
- Obtain deposits from customers for arrangements made.
- Process customer requests accurately, in accordance with office systems and procedures.
- Respond to all telephone requests immediately.
- Respond to all email requests within one hour.
- Enter client details into the client database.
