Handing over to the next committee
Towards the end of each student rep term (6 month period) committees are required to submit a report to their peers and the incoming committee. This handover report documents the work the committee has done along with any work that needs to be continued by incoming reps.
A thorough handover ensures the hard work of a committee continues by the next committee. It's important to spend time and effort handing over as this ensures the Student Association remains productive, sustainable and effective.
Reports should be completed by the entire committee using the Handover Report Template. This template guides committees as to the information that should be included in report.
