I know I need support but how do I ask for it?
Sometimes it’s hard to ask for help, but it’s important to reach out for support when you need it. Some of the benefits include:

- To know the options available to you.
It can be hard to determine what to say, but you can try your best to explain or tell someone about how you are feeling.
