1.Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Holmesglen Institute (ABN 40 096 756 729) of Corner Batesford & Warrigal Roads, Chadstone, VIC, 3148 (the promoter).
3. To enter, entrants must tear off the number stub at the bottom of the leaflet handed out during O’Week 2020. Drop the number stub into the lucky draw box and keep your leaflet as proof of the winning ticket.
4. Draw results will be published on 4 March 2020 in the “O-Week Lucky Draw” group on the online community (https://community.holmesglen.edu.au/)
5. To claim your prize, post a photo of your winning leaflet with the serial number as proof
6. Verified winners will be contacted by direct message on the online community (https://community.holmesglen.edu.au/) from 4-6 March 2020 and you will have 48 hours to respond to claim your prize. In the event that prizes aren’t claimed, we will conduct the draw again
7. Entry is open to students of Holmesglen only and only to entrants that have a profile on the online community (https://community.holmesglen.edu.au/)
8. Promotion opens on 24 February 2020 and closes on 3 March 2020. Winners will be notified via private message on the online community from 4-6 March 2020
9. Winners must collect prizes as instructed. Details will be given when winners are contacted.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
12. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
14. These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
