Bushfood are native ingredients found in Australia with a large proportion being meats, insects, fruits, seeds and spices, that grow naturally.
If you have been camping or been to the outback, you may have heard of the term 'Damper' before. This is usually a seed that is turned into a dough and baked over the coals, essentially to make a type of bread.
