Donate a food item for fine removal at Holmesglen Library Branches, and items will be given to the Holmesglen Student Foodbank.
All borrowed library items must be returned before fines can be waived. A food item will be accepted in place of a fine of $10 or less. For larger fines, an additional item will be accepted per $10 fine amount.
Some examples of what can be donated:
- Canned fruit, vegetables, fish, soups
- Long life milk & juices
- Rice, pasta & noodles
- Cereal
Food only please – Must be non-perishable, unopened and before Use By or Best Before dates.
