The theme of this year is “Keep your smile for life”. You can maintain your oral health by following these 4 steps:
Brush twice per day and use a fluoride toothpaste.
See your dentist regularly.
Clean between your teeth daily.
Consume less than 6 teaspoons (24 grams) of added sugar per day.
Australian Dental Association has created a watch your mouth podcast that provide oral health information for you and your family.
