Did you know 2 – 8 August 2021 is the Dental Health Week? 

The theme of this year is “Keep your smile for life”. You can maintain your oral health by following these 4 steps:

  1. Brush twice per day and use a fluoride toothpaste. 

  1. See your dentist regularly. 

  1. Clean between your teeth daily. 

  1. Consume less than 6 teaspoons (24 grams) of added sugar per day. 

Australian Dental Association has created a watch your mouth podcast that provide oral health information for you and your family.
