Melbourne International Student Conference

 

The Melbourne International Student Conference (MISC) will take place on Thursday 23 September 2021 from 10.30am to 6.00pm. This year MISC is free and online and proudly presented by Meld Community in partnership with City of Melbourne.
The conference will give us all the chance to re-imagine and adjust working towards our dream careers in a changing environment.
 
The theme this year is Reflect, Redefine, and Respond, so that we can all move forwards despite the challenges we are all facing right now.
 
To address the fact that many people feel "stuck" as a result of factors beyond their control, this year's MISC aims to shine a light on the opportunities that exist now and will exist in the future for international students and graduates.
We will hear from speakers who have successfully navigated professional challenges and have gone through career changes.
 
There will also be a focus on practical tools and skills that international students can use to build their professional brand, as well as reflective spaces to consider larger-picture issues related to career readiness and leadership.
