You Said, We Listened! 

 

In response to student voice, we've updated our website in relation to our complaints process. 

 

The Student Rep Council said...

Students still feel a possibility of retribution for making a complaint.   

 

We listened and responded...

...our complaints team continue to reassure our learners this is not the case. We've updated our web page relating to complaints to ensure all learners feel comfortable in providing feedback and are reassured that their voice is important. We've explicitly called out
No complainant shall be victimised or discriminated against as a result of a complaint being lodged.
