Did you know that you can access professional mental health support without leaving home?

At Holmesglen Student Wellbeing, you just need to email studentwellbeing@holmesglen.edu.au or call 9564 1649 to arrange an appointment to speak to one of our counsellors.

Also, did you know there are free online tools that can help too? The programs available can help people with stress, worries, depression, anxiety or general increase of mental wellbeing during these difficult times.
