6 Little Things You Can Do For Your Wellbeing Everyday

Taking time out of your day to focus on your wellbeing is important for your mental health. Here are ideas to incorporate into your daily routine:

  1. Go for a morning walk
  2. Read because you want to
  3. Get creative in the kitchen
  4. Address your posture
  5. Listen to podcasts
  6. Box breathing – Start with a slow inhale to the count of four, hold for the count of four, exhale for the four seconds, hold for for…and then repeat!
