1.  MS Outlook: Settings & Navigations

Do you need to use Outlook to send and receive emails? Want to learn the basics? Come along to this 30-minute workshop and learn how to log in and access your emails, send, and receive attachments, create ‘flags’ for incoming emails and categorise received emails. You will also explore more advanced features such as how to recall, encrypt and set up an autoreply.

2. MS Outlook: Calendar and appointments

Need to manage your time better? Holmesglen students have access to Outlook Calendar, so why not use it to organise your study. In this 30-minute workshop, you will learn how to put daily tasks into the calendar, create categories and schedule meetings. You will never miss any study deadlines!

In this 30-minute workshop you will learn connectivity options such as Bluetooth devices, Wi-Fi, and personal hotspots along with online safety awareness and about your own Digital footprint.
