About the Opportunity

- The Sales and Leadership Program is designed to accelerate the development of those who are passionate about retail management and leadership, business development and creating customers for life. 
- The Graduate Program has opportunities for students graduating from Bachelor of Business, Commerce, or similar disciplines that would compliment a career in retail management.
- During the 18-month program, you will enjoy:

  • Permanent employment and opportunities for career development and advancement. 
  • Comprehensive, blended learning experience including immersive learning experiences, digital learning tools, on the job training, coaching and mentoring support. 
  • Learning development journey covering all aspects of running your own branch, equipping you to succeed as a Branch Manager upon completion. 
  • Rotations around select specialty business units.
  • Providing advice on products including plumbing, the provision of sustainable clean water and energy efficiency, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, air conditioning and climate control, sanitation, bathrooms, kitchens, irrigation, pools, civil, design and building products.

About You

- No industry experience required, but experience in retail and customer service would be advantageous.

  • Demonstrated ability to utilise emotional intelligence to establish and build strong relationships.

  • Proven ability to identify and problem solve, acting decisively and demonstrating good judgement. 
  • Experience balancing long and short-term goals.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Current Driver's License.
