Hours: 40hrs per week Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Location: Burwood
Position Description of Vacancy:
- Maintaining and dealing with customer enquiries over the phone.
- Order processing and providing quotations.
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly identified and satisfied.
Desired skills:
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong relationship building skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Good communication skills and professional presentation.
- Time management skills
- An interest in the Automotive Industry would be of benefit.
