Integration Aid/Disability Support Worker
Salary/Benefits: $39.28 per hour
Hours: Casual
Location: St. Georges Road, Northcote VIC
Position Description of Vacancy:
- Current and valid Working with Children's Check is required.
- Preferred applicant to have experience working with young people with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and complex communication needs.
- Supporting the student communicating using specialised equipment as a communication device.
- Using an electric wheelchair to move to and from different classrooms.
- Support the student with toileting, mealtimes, lifting using a hoist and administration of medications.
- Assist with the supervision of students during lunchtime.
