Salary/Benefits: Restaurant Industry Award - Level 3 Hourly (Base $23.52 per hour).

Position Description of Vacancy:
- Seeking an experienced Head Waiter looking to take the next step in their career and comfortably guide guests through the Yugen experience.
- The perfect candidate will have a passion for understanding the sourcing of products and their origins, key to helping guests tell a compelling story.
- The position requires flexibility and availability for weekend and a combination of day and night shifts.
- Available for full-time work (38 hours) or part-time (20-25 hours).
- Must have a valid RSA.
- Proven experience in a similar role managing own section.
- Pressure management mind set.
- Excellent presentation
- Ability to multitask
- Outside leadership skills and attention to detail.
