Position Description of Vacancy:
- Seeking Casual staff members to assist with day-to-day planning and operation of OSCH service.
- Seeking applicants working in the field of Education that hold a Certificate III or higher in Children's Services (or be working towards a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care).
- Must be working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Must hold, or be willing to obtain a valid Employee Working with Children's Check.
- Experience of working with children preferred, but not necessary.
- Able to undertake a minimum of two afternoon shifts per week.
- Each shift's duties will change, but typically will be expected to help prepare breakfast and afternoon snacks, plan and undertake activities, complete written observations, monitor and watch students while they play, greet parents and in general ensure that students are happy and having a great time.
