Disability Support Worker
Salary/Benefits: $30 per hour
Hours: Casual
Location: Melbourne and surrounding suburbs (mobile support work).
Position Description of Vacancy:
- NDIS Check and Working with Children's Check. Can help successful applicants apply.
- Driver's licence and vehicle required
- Working with a range of clients, including children and adults.
- Focus on communication, social skills and emotional self-regulation therapies.
- Support work includes transport, home and personal care.
- Further education in disability, community services, allied health assistance and early childhood education is highly regarded but not necessary to apply.
- Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people of all abilities, confidence and a positive outlook.
