Customer Service Support Representative
Salary/Benefits: $45,000 - $50,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience) and penalty rates.
Hours: Monday - Sunday 7.00am - 11.00pm OR 24/7 services (depending on position). Rotational shifts of eight hours.
Location: Melbourne CBD, Work from home
Position Description of Vacancy:
- After successful completion of training, candidates will be offered the option to work from home, if they meet the requirements.
- Paid training takes place in Melbourne CBD office and the duration of the training is approx. 7-8 weeks.
- Responsibilities include taking incoming client calls for any questions relating to their telecommunication account.
- Provide outstanding first call resolution in Level 0-1 Support role, with room for rapid growth.
- Maintain awareness of consumer needs and offer effective responses.
- Be able to follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Record detail of enquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and take action, where required.
- Resolve complaints relating to billing or customer service.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills

- Flexible and resilient
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of telecommunication service.
- Must have valid working rights - AU & NZ Citizenship, PR and TR (one+ year validity).
- Police clearance
- Two Referees
- Full vaccination requirement - two doses, boosters optional.
