Customer Contact Officer
Salary/Benefits: $22.46 per hour, as per Call Centre Award.
Position Types: Serco Employee - full time, part time and casual.
Federal Contracts vary from Fixed Term to Permanent.
State Contracts are all Permanent
Hours: Federal Contracts offers hours from Monday to Friday, 7am-8pm.
State Contracts offers 8 hour shifts but operates 24/7.
Location: Various locations including Box Hill, Mill Park, Essendon Fields, Dandenong, Newborough and Ballarat.
Position Description of Vacancy:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Admin Processing
- Case Management
- Customer Service handling enquiries, issues and complaints.
- Must have an interest in helping people.
- Flexible and resilient
- An ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Federal Contracts must be an Australian Citizen.
- State Contracts can be a Visa holder but must have full working rights.
