Salary/Benefits: Restaurant Industry Award - Level 3 Hourly (Base $23.52 per hour).
Hours: Full time
Location: South Yarra, VIC
Position Description of Vacancy:
- Seeking a Bartender who is passionate about delivering incredible customer service and beverage offering.
- Must have a valid RSA and previous experience in a bistro and bar or restaurant.
- Strong spirits, cocktail and beverage knowledge from classics to custom designed drinks.
- Basic wine knowledge is also preferable.
- Understanding of sequence of service.
