Administration Officer

Position Description of Vacancy:
- Provide administrative duties, mail and email.
- Data entry
- Providing customer service over the phone
- Compiling and maintaining records and information within established procedures and assist with the preparation of regular reports.
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working with Office 365
- Strong computer skills
- Preferred knowledge and experience with Leaner Management system Axcelerate.
- Preferred experience working with Xero.
- Accurate data entry skills
- Professional and responsive with excellent customer service and support.
- Adapt to using technology
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful
- Problem solving skills and ability to prioritise work.
- Emotional intelligence to work well with a range of different staff.
- Reliable
