About the Program

The BE Job Ready program is a self-paced digital program designed to support and accelerate students’ employability awareness, confidence, and skills.

The Holmesglen Employment Centre has designed a program specifically for Holmesglen students to give you the career edge you need to gain employment.

The program is delivered in two phases and by partaking in the program, you will be able to build understanding and awareness of the employment market, confidently identify your skillsets, search for and apply for real job opportunities, and develop job application skills from cover letter and resume generation, to interview skill development.

The BE Job Ready program also provides students with the opportunity to participate in a Digital Industry Project where you will solve a business problem for a client. Working in a team you will be guided through a project, receive feedback while developing career relevant skills for your resume.

All students receive a certificate and digital badge at the completion of the program.
