    Highlights:
Breathtaking views of the Dandenong Ranges
Learn about the Kokoda Track as we walk
See wildlife such as Australian birds and if we are lucky enough, some kangaroos!
Meet up location to be advised, but will be city-based.

  • Ever craved certain foods and not understood why?

Food has a powerful way of returning us to our home countries, our childhood and memories past in the blink of an eye.

Host, Denise Hung, is a current international student, Study Melbourne Ambassador and the co-author of 'Kitchen Stories' - a cookbook exploring how our moods and emotions are closely related to how we eat and cook.

She'll be bringing to life how our emotions and food choices directly impact our personal well-being and how knowing that, we can start making better choices... especially in times of high emotion.

Book early, as this session is sure to book out!
